Story: LOCATED A STONE'S THROW FROM THE LIGHT RAIL LINE AND UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, THE SOUTHPOINT TOWNHOMES ARE IN SOUTH END, WALKING DISTANCE FROM COUNTLESS RESTAURANTS, CRAFT BREWERIES, AND ECLECTIC BOUTIQUES.
We designed this development to be modern homes featuring open living levels with large expanses of glass to create a contemporary and comfortable feel. The community has a mix of 16 and 20-foot-wide units along with a range of unit configurations that include rooftop terraces for outdoor entertaining space and featuring skyline views.
