Story: 400 NORTH CHURCH IS THE RESIDENTIAL COMPONENT OF A MIXED-USE, SEVEN-STORY, MID-RISE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT COMPRISED OF LUXURY RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
Integrated into the design is a multi-purpose plaza including an office building and central courtyard. While contributing to the interest in Uptown Charlotte residential living, this project also provides an important transition between one of the city's historic neighborhoods and an adjacent office corridor. 400 North Church marks the first integration of residential components traditionally on the outskirts of town into the Central Business District.
This project was the recipient of the AIA Charlotte Honor Award for design, the NC Brick Association Brick Award, and has remained a focal example of residential development in the uptown area.
