Story: MINT HILL MEDICAL PLAZA IS THE FIRST BUILDING CONSTRUCTED AT ATRIUM HEALTH’S MINT HILL MEDICAL CAMPUS. THIS THREE-STORY BUILDING IS LOCATED ON A 17.12-ACRE SITE ON BLAIR ROAD. 

The site was master planned to accommodate an additional medical office building in the future as space is needed. This initial building was designed to serve as a medical office building “prototype” for Atrium Health. The terra-cotta-colored brick veneer and pre-cast concrete accents render this design a comfortable fit in almost every suburban community throughout the greater Charlotte area. Similar three-story and two-story versions of this design have been subsequently developed from this model. 

Tenants in the first phase of up-fits include the Greater Carolinas Women’s Center, pediatrics, Charlotte Medical Clinic, and an urgent care facility.
