The Fort Mill Medical Office Building offers clients a covered drop-off at the front and rear entrances as well as a separate entrance at the ground floor exclusively for the urgent care. The thru-lobby on the ground floor has grade level parking located on both sides.

Stairway towers at either end of the building extend outward and are adorned with the Atrium Health “Tree of Life”. The shell of the building was constructed by Myers & Chapman and the tenant up-fits by Tyler 2 Construction. We also designed the common areas, corridors, shared toilets, etc.
