Story: located immediately adjacent to the New Bern Street light rail station, we converted an industrial brick warehouse into the dynamic workspace our firm calls home.
Our renovated space features its original bow-string trusses, wooden roof joists, and exposed HVAC ducts. Radiant heating tubes were added to heat the concrete floor slabs, which were colored and scored to enhance the interior design. Several new, larger windows were added to the long side of the building facing the Light Rail Line for more natural light and great views of the New Bern Station.
