Story: This project represents the final completion of the 3030 South development.
3030 was a pioneering residential condominium project also designed by FMK Architects located adjacent the New Bern Lynx Light Rail station. The first phase of the project was completed in South End’s infancy – now highly successful urban revitalization district. This new development completes the two remaining “postage stamp” parcels with two buildings (one four-story and one three-story) that respect the industrial-inspired fabric of the previous project while also acknowledging the demands and opportunities of this transformed mixed-use district.
